Luxury Catamaran Charter Food: What You Can Expect Aboard Stella Blue

Fresh, flexible, and elevated — a look at the kind of dining that happens between anchorages.

Food is one of the great surprises of a term charter. People expect good. They don't expect this. Meals aboard Stella Blue are a centerpiece of the experience, planned around your preferences and the freshest ingredients we can source on the island.

Breakfast

Fresh fruit, eggs cooked the way you like them, baked goods, smoothies, breakfast tacos, eggs benedict on the right kind of morning. Coffee is up before you are.

Lunch

Lighter and bright — Greek salads with skewers, gyros, Thai noodle salads, ceviche, sandwiches that don't taste like deli sandwiches. Designed to fuel the afternoon, not put you to sleep.

Dinner

The headline meal. Fresh local mahi with mango salsa and coconut-lime rice. Filet with chimichurri. Grilled shrimp. Seasonal sides that actually match the main. Dessert that justifies dessert: key lime pie, cheesecake cups, brownies that arrive warm.

Drinks

Painkillers (we are in BVI waters, after all), espresso martinis after dinner, coffee on demand, and a stocked bar built around your preferences. We send a preference sheet ahead of the trip so the boat is provisioned for the week you actually want.

Dietary needs

Gluten-free, vegetarian, allergies, the kid who won't eat anything green — all handled, none of it a problem. Tell us ahead of time and the menu plans around it.
